The Altes Kurfürstliches Gymnasium Bensheim is a modern school with a 325 year old history. The website reflects the conjunction of modernity and tradition.  The white background, the open page, the clean structure stand for the modern school. The use of a serif font and the book-like typography reflect the humanistic tradition. The design stays in the background to bring the focus on the divers articles and galleries edited by the school.  The website is based on the CMS conFRAME , developed by Philipp Dobrigkeit.
